Terms of service

Part 1: General terms

1. Who you're agreeing with. These terms are between you and TEKRAID LLC. They cover tekraid.com and every TEKRAID Shopify app. Business address: TEKRAID LLC, 1561 West Hamlin Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48309.
2. Using the apps. You install TEKRAID apps through Shopify and must follow Shopify's terms too. You're responsible for your store and the decisions you make. Delivery dates, forecasts and suggestions from our apps are estimates to help you decide, not guarantees.
3. Plans and billing. Paid plans are billed through Shopify at the price shown when you subscribe. Free trials last the period stated in the app. You can cancel any time by cancelling your plan or uninstalling.
4. Refunds. Charges are billed by Shopify; no prorated refunds unless required by law.
5. Your data. You own your store data. We use it only to provide the app, as described in our privacy policy, and delete it after you uninstall as Shopify requires.
6. Acceptable use. Don't misuse the apps: no reverse engineering, overloading our systems, or using them for anything unlawful.
7. Changes and availability. We may update the apps and these terms, and we'll give notice of significant changes. We aim for good uptime but can't promise the service will always be available.
8. Liability. To the extent the law allows, the apps are provided as is, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending. You can stop any time by uninstalling. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.

Part 2: App by app

Porchday: Delivery Dates

• Plans. Free, Starter $9/month, Pro $19/month, and Max $29/month, billed monthly through Shopify. Paid plans come with a 14-day free trial, once per store. What each plan includes is shown in the app and on our Porchday page.
• Delivery dates are estimates. Porchday works out dates from the settings you enter: cutoffs, processing and shipping times, holidays and rules. Carriers can still be late. You're responsible for keeping your settings accurate and for the delivery promises you make to your customers.
• What it changes. Porchday adds a date to your storefront and saves the promised date on new orders. It doesn't change your products, prices, stock, or anything else on your orders.
• Checkout. Showing the date in the checkout step needs a Pro or Max plan and a store on Shopify Plus.
• Refunds. Charges are billed by Shopify; no prorated refunds unless required by law.

Sizeday: Size Chart & Guide (coming soon)

Sizeday hasn't launched yet. These terms will apply once it does.

• Price. Sizeday is free, with unlimited charts. There is no Shopify charge.
• Charts. You write the measurements. Sizeday doesn't promise that a chart matches a garment, and it doesn't give fitting or medical advice.
• What it changes. It adds a size chart to your theme and, when you assign a chart to one product, saves that choice on the product. It doesn't change prices, stock, or orders.

Stockday (coming soon)

Stockday hasn't launched yet. These terms will apply once it does.

• Plans. Starter $99/month (1 location, 500 variants), Growth $199/month (3 locations, 5,000 variants), Pro $299/month (unlimited locations, 25,000 variants), billed monthly. Every plan has a 14-day free trial. Billed through Shopify.
• Plan limits. Limits count every variant on non-archived products. If you go over, we'll suggest an upgrade. It's a soft cap: we keep forecasting every variant, never block the app, never switch features off, and never ask you to choose which variants to track.
• Forecasts. Forecasts and reorder suggestions are estimates based on your store's own recent sales and the lead times you enter. You decide what to order.
• Sending purchase orders. On every plan you can send a PO from inside the app. We email it to the supplier on your behalf only when you click Send: from your own domain once you've verified it in the app's email settings, or otherwise from stockday@mail.tekraid.com with Reply-To set to you. You can also send from your own email: the app opens a pre-filled message for you to send. Either way, you're responsible for what you send to your suppliers.
• Stock changes. The app only changes your Shopify inventory when you mark a purchase order as received, and only by the quantities you confirm.
• Refunds. Charges are billed by Shopify; no prorated refunds unless required by law.

Bundleday (coming soon)

Bundleday hasn't launched yet. Planned pricing is $39, $79 and $149 a month with a 14-day free trial. We'll add its terms here before it goes live.
